At Studio Legier, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, and many items are made to order or customized. Because of the nature of handmade and custom work, refunds are handled as follows.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for you. For this reason, refunds or returns are not accepted once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We encourage you to review all details carefully before placing a custom order. If you have questions or would like clarification before ordering, please contact us. We are always happy to help.
Shipping Issues
Studio Legier is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers. However, if an issue arises, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving it.
Cancellations
Work on all orders begins within 24 hours of purchase. Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started. Once work has begun, cancellations and refunds are not available.
