Studio Legier offers handmade crochet goods and custom designs. All items are crafted by hand, which means slight variations in color, texture, and size are natural and part of the handmade process.

Orders and Custom Work
Many of our pieces are made to order or customized. By placing an order, you acknowledge that custom items are created specifically for you.
For custom work, details such as size, color, material preferences, and design elements will be confirmed prior to production. Once work has begun, changes may not be possible.
Processing Time
Most Studio Legier pieces are created upon order, though select items may occasionally be available and ready to ship. Each product listing includes an estimated completion timeframe for the work itself. This timeframe reflects the time required to create the piece and does not include shipping or delivery time.
Processing times may vary based on the complexity of the design, material selection, and current order volume. Estimated timelines will be communicated clearly before purchase or during custom consultation.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices may change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes after purchase.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon for custom projects. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Studio Legier does not store or have access to your full payment information.
Shipping
Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout. Once an order has shipped, Studio Legier is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, lost packages, or issues outside our control. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our work, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days after receipt of delivery so we can address the concern.
Care Instructions
Care instructions are provided when applicable. Studio Legier is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, or handling after delivery.
